These Terms govern SmartCase, SmartTalk with CitizenAI, SmartVoice, AgenticClick, infrastructure automation, and related AI4OPS services.
By accessing or using a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use that service.
- SmartCase: case tracking and alerting using information you provide and available status sources.
- SmartTalk with CitizenAI: N-400 and citizenship interview practice, including civics, reading, writing, and voice practice.
- SmartVoice: recordings, uploads, transcription, translation, text-to-speech, and summaries.
- AgenticClick and related tools: authorized diagnostic, planning, governance, and automation workflows for infrastructure operations.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You must review output before relying on it.
SmartTalk with CitizenAI is an educational practice tool, not legal advice. AI4OPS is not affiliated with USCIS, is not a law firm, and does not determine eligibility, immigration status, USCIS decisions, or interview outcomes.
SmartVoice transcripts and translations may contain errors. AgenticClick recommendations are not a substitute for qualified operational review, change control, security validation, or an authorized human decision-maker.
- Provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
- Use services lawfully and do not bypass safeguards, access controls, or usage limits.
- Submit only content, recordings, logs, configurations, and other data you have the right to provide.
- Obtain any notice, permission, or consent required before recording, uploading, transcribing, translating, or sharing another person’s voice or content.
- Review and authorize production infrastructure actions; do not use AI output as the sole basis for a sensitive decision.
Use AgenticClick and related infrastructure capabilities only with authorization from the system owner. You are responsible for validating scope, access, commands, change windows, approvals, backups, and rollback plans.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, secrets, or regulated data through general prompts or unapproved inputs. Use only approved secure methods where a feature expressly supports them.
Our handling of personal and service data is described in the Data Privacy Policy. Services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, communications, payments, AI processing, and other capabilities.
Services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy or completeness of AI output, third-party information, alerts, voice transcripts, translations, or infrastructure results.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements, or violation of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI4OPS is not liable for USCIS decisions or delays, missed alerts, user consent failures, AI-output errors, unauthorized infrastructure access, or damages arising from use of the services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Questions may be sent to support@ai4ops.ai.
