AI4Ops Terms of Service

By accessing or using AI4Ops services (including the website, automation tools, and AI-powered bots), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

AI4Ops provides tools that may include:

• Tracking USCIS case status using your receipt number via publicly available interfaces.
• Supporting multiple languages such as English, Amharic, Tigrinya, Oromo, and others.
• Sending alerts and notifications through channels like Telegram, SMS, email, or web dashboards.
• Using AI to summarize changes and provide timelines or predictions for informational use.

AI4Ops is not affiliated with USCIS. USCIS remains the official source of case information and immigration decisions.

When using AI4Ops services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information where required.
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access tokens.
• Notify AI4Ops promptly of any suspected unauthorized access or security issue.
• Provide only content that you have the right to submit and avoid sharing another person’s sensitive information without appropriate authority or consent.

Acceptable use of AI features. You must not use AI4Ops or AI-enabled features to create, submit, request, distribute, or facilitate content or conduct that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise harmful or offensive. You must not use the services to target, intimidate, impersonate, defame, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against any person or group.

You must not attempt to bypass safety controls, rate limits, access restrictions, or content safeguards; interfere with the services; or use automated means to abuse the services. AI4Ops may apply safeguards, refuse or limit processing, remove content, or suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the services, or third parties.

AI4Ops collects and uses certain information such as your name, contact details, USCIS receipt numbers, language preferences, and usage logs to operate and improve the services.

When you use an AI-enabled feature, your prompt, the content you choose to submit, and the minimum related context needed to generate a response may be processed by AI service providers, including OpenAI, acting on AI4Ops’s behalf. Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or third-party personal information unless it is necessary for the feature and you have the authority to provide it.

Important limitations:

• AI predictions and summaries are estimates only and may contain inaccuracies.
• The services do not provide legal advice or create an attorney–client relationship.
• No outcome with USCIS or any other authority is guaranteed.
• Automation may occasionally fail, produce delays, or be impacted by third-party system changes.
• AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on, sharing, or acting on it.

AI4Ops may suspend or terminate access to some or all services if a user:

• Violates these Terms or other published policies.
• Uses automation or AI features in an abusive, harmful, offensive, harassing, discriminatory, or disruptive manner.
• Attempts to exploit vulnerabilities or compromise security.
• Attempts to bypass safeguards, access controls, or rate limits.

AI4Ops also reserves the right to discontinue services or specific features, with reasonable notice where practical.

AI4Ops services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• No warranties (express or implied) are given regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• AI4Ops does not warrant that notifications will always be delivered or timely.
• USCIS and other third-party systems remain responsible for their own data and decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI4Ops and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for:

• USCIS processing delays, decisions, or policy changes.
• Missed, delayed, or duplicate notifications.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services.

AI4Ops may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are made, the “last updated” date may be revised and, where appropriate, users may be notified via email, in-app messages, or other channels.

Continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes.
